Motor Tubing ID 1.050"
Aft Closure Nozzle Exit ID 0.623"
Floating Injector OD 1.050
Floating Injector Pipe Shoulder OD 0.745
Floating Injector grain shoulder length 0.350" with one #xx o-ring
groove in the middle
Fuel grain is 5.965" long; appears to be turned down stock and OD is
0.995; ID is 0.70; this matches SCH 80 PVC at 1.050 OD 0.704 ID
Nozzle recess is 0.3" long 0.75" diameter and Injector / preheater
recess is 1.2" long x 7.75" diameter.
Nozzle itself has 0.275" throat and fits into the grain nozzle
recess area partially and the remainder is supported by a cardboard
insulation ring.
3/4" PVC is 1.050" OD, so should just fit.
SCH 40 ID is .810 and SCH 80 .724
so SCH 40 may just work.
But the RATT grain looks milled on the outside, and is milled on the
inside. Making me wonder if it's milled SCH 80 perhaps. If so then
modifications may be necessary to injector OR perhaps SCH 40 might fly
on a smaller motor (H or I injectors) as I've noted minimal regression
on my H-70 burns.
